Registration

Registration is now open. (click here)

  • Pre-registration is required to access the virtual conference website. There is no registration fee.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register in order that the paper is to be included in the program (deadline: Wednesday, 28 July 2021).
  • Accepted papers which do not have an author registered by that deadline will be removed from the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

The review comments on your paper can be found on the TrackChair site in the “Actions” sidebar, under “Reviews”. Please take comments into account where appropriate in preparing your final manuscript.

Author Video Instructions

Deadline for Pre-recorded Talks: Tuesday, 17 August 2021 (FIRM Deadline)

Given the pandemic, in the interest of everyone’s well-being, the Organizing Committee will host APWCS 2021 online. All authors of accepted and registered papers for APWCS 2021 are required to upload a pre-recorded video of their paper presentation. The videos will be posted on the conference website.

In order for videos to be verified by the technical program committee, you will be required to finalize and upload your video by Tuesday, 17 August 2021 (FIRM Deadline). These files will be deleted by the APWCS office after the conference. For information on how to submit video files, see below.

Guidelines for Preparing Your Video

  • Duration: 15 minutes (20 minutes for special sessions)
  • File size: 500MB max
  • Video file format: mp4
  • Dimensions: Minimum height 720 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9
  • File name: Save your video file as {trackchair paperID}-{presenter-last-name}.mp4
    • (example: 999-99999-smith.mp4)

Please be sure the video includes the title of the paper, the authors, and a mention to APWCS2021.

Guidelines for Uploading Your Video

The link to upload the video was provided via email. Note that the link does not appear on this website for security reasons.

Dropbox is used to upload your video. If you are already logged in with your Dropbox account, please log out and then click the link URL. Alternatively, you can remain logged in and access the site through InPrivate browsing.

  1. Click the link
  2. Drag your MP4 video file
  3. Fill the form (presenter-last-name and email address)
  4. Click the upload button
